  • 1 scoop Trulean Rich Dutch Chocolate Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 Tablespoon granular Swerve
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia-Sweetened Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of a large, microwave-safe mug with coconut oil. Mix all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a small bowl until smooth. Drop the chocolate chips into the bottom of the mug, then top with the cake batter.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute. Check for doneness. If it looks liquid then microwave for 15 additional seconds. Turn the cake out onto a small plate. Top with some confectioners swerve and enjoy immediately!
